My group and private sessions combine yoga, Functional Range Conditioning, animal movements, calisthenics and breath work. We center, we play, we grow.
Keith's group yoga classes are designed to build strength and deepen flexibility. Rigorous enough for advanced practitioners yet approachable for beginners, students learn to approach breathing techniques and asanas (poses) that enhance physical and spiritual ability both on an off the mat.
Go deeper into poses with individual assists, ask questions about breath work, or approach difficult poses under supervision to further your practice more efficiently. Learn to understand "the work" in each asana (pose) with one-on-one sessions.
Learn how to navigate the competitive and complex world of the business of yoga. Get advice on sequencing, assists, effective cues and marketing. Still in training? Prepare for your final teach presentations with Keith, to gain confidence and connect with your students.
