Do you want daily athletic movement and adventure in an exotic location? Join yoga & mobility teacher Keith Golden and host Erika Rodriguez from June 23-29, 2019 for 6 days of yoga and exploration in the mountains of Colombia.
We’ll rise each morning with a vigorous vinyasa practice, surrounded and inspired by the lush Andes mountains and the South American sun. We’ll work hard and play hard. Students will have personal attention from Keith during these small-group sessions and the opportunity to deepen their practices both physically and spiritually.

We’ll gather in the evening for a second session. The focus of these evening practices will vary, including acrobatic partner yoga, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) mobility work, meditation, and more.

The Villa is a family owned mountain-side farm property in San Rafael, Antioquia, Colombia, 2 hours from Medellin. An infinity pool and jacuzzi overlook the Andes Mountains. Spacious rooms and bathrooms are all beautifully furnished with rustic décor. The luxurious site is set apart from the hustle of the city, offering simplicity and immersion in nature.

Built in 1950, this is the ideal place to appreciate the Colombian Paisa culture. Awaken with the sun and the wildlife of the countryside. Enjoy yoga practices on one of the property’s many rooftop terraces or in its vibrant gardens. Connect with Pachamama, a goddess revered by the indigenous people of the Andes, goddess of the harvest and the earthquake, creation and destruction. Connect with your own divine self.

Choose your own adventures. There will be ample time built into each day for exploring the wilderness around us, by foot or on the water. Hiking trails accessible from the property take you into the jungle, offering 90+ crystal blue swimming holes and 8 waterfalls. Canoe down a lazy river watching for colorful birds and listening to monkey calls. Ride horseback around the 100-hectare property. Relax in the steam room or on one of many hammocks in the trees. Visits to nearby landmarks, pueblos, plantations and cities can be arranged.

Enjoy delicious food. 2 chefs will prepare 3 traditional Colombian meals daily using locally sourced organic products or straight from the farm. Fresh fruits, tea and Colombian coffee will be available as well as vegetarian and vegan options.
